HOW WE WORK
Our Team’s 4-Step Process
Site Assessment and Feasibility
We start with a free desktop feasibility review using council GIS and publicly available data—no site visit needed. We’ll check zoning, overlays, drainage, MDRS rules, and site constraints. This low or no-cost approach lets us give you a clear idea of what’s possible and a ballpark budget early on.
Design and Consent
Next, we help refine the design—either by providing our own architectural services or by working with your chosen architect or designer. We coordinate any required specialist consultants (e.g., engineers, planners) and manage all council consents. Once your design is finalized and consultant reports are in place, we submit and oversee building consent applications and approvals—handling all the paperwork so you don’t have to.
Pricing and Contract
With plans in hand, we obtain quotes and work with an independent Quantity Surveyor (QS) to prepare a detailed, itemized costing for the project. We go through the figures with you carefully and answer any questions you may have. Once you're confident in the numbers, we present a fixed-price contract—so you can move forward with clarity and no surprises.
Construction Management
Finally, our licensed and qualified building teams get to work on your project. A dedicated project manager oversees the construction, coordinating all trades and inspections. We keep you updated with regular progress reports and maintain strict quality control throughout. The process wraps up with a final walkthrough and handover, complete with all relevant warranties and documentation.
