It was Managing Director Ralph Hill’s passion to design and construct his own homes that inevitably led to ownership of Loft Homes and Garages (and Build Smart Group Ltd). Ralph has a broad range of business ownership and projects experience spanning 35 years. In Ralph's early career, creating long term relationships with many of New Zealand’s largest retail groups instilled a strong sense of value around taking ownership of clients needs. Client satisfaction is a core value and Ralph is readily available and involved with all projects.

Murray Walker - Sales Manager
MURRAY WALKER | SALES MANAGER
Sales Manager Murray Walker has been in construction all his life. Starting in his father’s joinery shop he completed a Plumbing and Drain-laying apprenticeship but soon spotted a business opportunity. He successfully built one of Auckland’s first design and build kitchen companies for over 10 years before selling to pioneer and build a successful wardrobe & storage installation business...
Murray was one of Lofts 1st ever clients building a holiday Bach he still owns. When his old school mate Ralph offered the opportunity to join the Loft Homes and Garages team, Murray jumped at the chance.

TANIA|ADMINISTRATION AND ACCOUNTS
Tania looks after the day to day accounts and admin requirements of the Build Smart Team. Passionate about processes and helping businesses operate at their most efficient, Tania is currently working towards a Diploma in Quality Assurance. Tania originally trained with the London School of Accountancy and brings a strong bookkeeping and finance background to Build Smart Group.
