What problem did the client need help with?

Our clients came to us with the desire to create more space with a standalone guest accommodation for visiting friends and family. They also needed garaging and wanted to create more of an entertainment area around their pool to avoid wet feet

throughout the main house. This was Loft Homes and Garages first Rural Project.

What was the process we took to solve it?

This project came with a few challenges which Loft Homes and Garages solved. In the first instance the site required a full waste water and storm water evaluation and systems installed.

What was the end result?

As you can see this was a large project and the client was very satisfied with the finished product. Plenty of space for cars, a very functional pool house for entertaining and the Minor Dwelling above the garage is fully self contained, providing excellent accommodation options.
