What problem did the client need help with?

The client needed to create more space in the way of accommodation for a friend who regularly came to visit and needed their own accommodation.

What was the process we took to solve it?

After getting all the designs agreed by the client we went through the process of consent and engaged contractors. It was a very tight sight between the boundary of the main house and then fence line, and so by building up twice the amount of living/working area has been created.

What was the end result?

The end result as you can see the result is a very stylish, weatherboard style loft garage, with some lovely individual finishes, such as the porthole window..
